Sumatra PDF is a slim, free, open-source PDF viewer for Windows.
Sumatra has a minimalistic design. Simplicity has a higher priority than a lot of features. It?s small and starts up very fast.
It?s designed for portable use: it?s just one file with no external dependencies so you can easily run it from external USB drive.
Sumatra perform the following functions:
- open PDF files via menu
- open PDF files via drag & drop
- page up and ?p? for going to previous page
- page down and ?n? for going to next page
- ?q? to quit
- set different zoom levels via menu
Source code is also available for download.
New Features in version 1.0.1:
- many memory leaks fixed (Simon B?nzli)
- potential crash due to stack corruption (pointed out by Christophe Devine)
- making Sumatra default PDF reader no longer asks for admin priviledges on Vista/Windows 7
