The SubMaster is a new kind of subtitle editing software. Instead of just textboxes, this editor uses full visual control of the subtitles on a timeline.
You can manage the subtitles with just a few simple clicks. You can also change the subtitle FPS visually, without knowing the movie FPS, or set the offset for all the subtitles by selecting all of them and just moving them on the timeline.
The new version also allows you to automatically translate the subtitles over 56 languages.
Additionally, the editor is using VLC libraries to play the video, which means you don?t need any video codecs.
Controls:
- Add subtitle: right mouse click and drag
- Toggle pause: middle mouse click
- Move subtitle: left mouse click and drag
- Contex menu: right click on a subtitle
