RedCrab is a scientific calculator with a full-screen editor. The mathematical expressions are not typed in a typical command line, but can be enter in the editor window. RedCrab display the result either under or next to the expression. The handling is easier than conventional calculators.
RedCrab supports the entry of complex algebraic equations with fractions, square roots, exponents, etc. for technical and scientific applications. Several mathematical functions can be written on the same page. Results from one expression can be carried over to the next task.
You can save and load the formulas to create a formula library. Complex tasks can be explained visually by importing drawings in bitmap format.
New Features in version 1.40.00
- The format of mathematical expressions is now more flexible. You can write
your formula with any format at any editor position. Example: 17+4, or 17+4=,
or x=17+4, or x=17+4=. Toggle between single and extended mode exist no

Text and Images boxes are now deleted with Delete on a pop up menu (click on
right mouse button). The area to draw the text boxes is now displayed with a
NW- mouse pointer. The pop up menu selections are saved to the data files.
Delete box is disabled if Page Lock is enabled. - Select text boxes font with pop up menu.
- New: Clear selection with Ctrl + Delete key.
- The Clear function are now confirmed with a message box, instead the Enter
button. - The handling of Insert and Delete with Undo / Redo are improved.
- Error fixed: Problems with Paste of space signs from external files are fixed.
- Previous Insert and Delete move multiple rows simultaneously is now fixed.
